Course overview

The ability of individuals and teams to effectively deal with change is reliant on a multitude of factors, including personal resilience, unconscious learning, and acceptance. This course will provide you and your teams with some of the world-leading approaches to managing, coping, and helping individuals accept problematic change initiatives.

Aims of the course

By undertaking this course, you will learn:

  • How to articulate, manage and achieve change – both inside and outside of your own team(s).
  • A series of critical change processes and how to maximise these during change initiatives.
  • The reasons why individuals resist change and how to overcome these challenges.
  • The importance of engaging individuals to help support the change initiative and mitigate resistance.
